Message 200CFM is ~13.8lbs/min. A PR of 2.36 = 19.99psi. Using a GT2860RS compressor map, at 13.8lbs/min and a PR of 2.4 w/68% efficiency, despite the comp wheel nearly being in surge, it will require 16.15HP (12049.76W) of shaft power to run the compressor wheel up to your request for testing the intercoolers. Flowbenches like that do exist but you aren't going to get easy access to one and if you do, it wont be cheap.

As Jim said, the only way to really do this would be on the car.
